Changing the screen size for IBM Client Access and ACS sessions is easy! It’s different depending on which program you’re using, but this guide will show you how to change it.
The first step is to click on “Communication” on the Menu Bar at the top of your screen, then choose Configure. The following image shows you where to find it.
If you’re using Client Access, after clicking Configure you’ll see a window like the following image that allows you to change the screen size. You can find where to change the display size in the “Type of Emulation” section. Just click on the arrow next to the Size option to change to the larger screen size. When you’ve made the change, go back to the Menu Bar, click File, and select Save.
If you’re using ACS, after clicking Configure you’ll see a window like the following image that allows you to change the screen size. Just click on the arrow next to the Screen Size option to change to the larger screen size. When you’ve made the change, go back to the Menu Bar, click File, and select Save.
That’s it! You should be ready to go. If you have any questions or problems with changing the screen size, please call Tracy Reynolds at 601-925-6279.
